Products returned without original packaging or with visible damage may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days. Since Culinary Inventions operates with Cash on Delivery only, refunds may be issued through an agreed alternative method communicated by our support team.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchange Policy
